In these worrying times, our thoughts are with all those who have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

We would like to share with you the precautions we are taking in response to the outbreak. Our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our employees, our customers and the wider community.

As an online business, we are allowed to continue trading under the current laws, as laid out by the government and Public Health England, but we are aware that these rules could change and are closely following government updates and regulations daily. We will keep in contact with our customers and be sure to inform you via email and social media should this change over the coming days or weeks.

At present we are managing for the most part to operate as normal. Our couriers are still fully operational so home delivery continues to be possible for the time being. Couriers and delivery drivers do have their own measures in place to protect the health and wellbeing of their staff and customers. Please be aware there may be different practices executed by your driver upon delivery (e.g. you will not be asked to sign on their hand held devices, and drivers will deliver to your doorstep and step away before you answer your door). We ask that you respect the need for these changes and work with the drivers to reduce any risks posed.

Our dispatch time may be slightly slower than normal. We really appreciate your patience and understanding at this time, and should you wish to check the status of your order or get a definitive delivery date, please email us at [email protected]. We are working very hard to get orders out as fast as possible but some small delays are inevitable at this time. As a result of this, we have temporarily removed our expedited shipping option from the site, but should you need something urgently, please contact us and if we can fulfil your needs, we will endeavour to do so.

Our stock levels are currently very good and our suppliers are continuing to send goods on a regular basis with no delays to their lead times.

We would like to thank you for your ongoing support and ask that you take care of yourselves, your family and your wider community in these difficult times.
